Three purpose-built views: a presenter console for the operator, a projection-ready stage screen for the room, and an audience view for participants. Plus OBS broadcast mode for live streaming.
Each view is purpose-designed — not a one-size-fits-all screen that tries to serve everyone.
The operator's control surface. Advance the running order, see live results, manage Q&A, monitor the donation progress bar and view participant counts — all without the audience seeing your screen.
The projection view. Designed for large screens and low viewing angles. Bold typography, animated result bars, countdown timers and the event branding. Participants see this on the room's main display.
What participants see on their own device. Optimised for mobile screens. Interactive elements for voting, Q&A submission and navigating the agenda — without ever requiring a login or app download.
Add ?obs=1 to the stage display URL and the screen is optimised for OBS Studio capture — transparent background, clean layout, no browser chrome. Perfect for hybrid events where an online audience watches alongside the room.
A separate screen for a dedicated moderator — independent of the presenter console. The moderator reviews and approves Q&A questions, message wall submissions and photo wall entries without any access to the presenter controls.
Choose from 14 colour themes for the stage and audience views. Each event can have its own theme, independent of your organisation's default branding.
Timed activities display a countdown on both the stage screen and participants' devices. Creates natural pacing and competitive tension during quizzes.
If a participant loses connection, an automatic reconnection banner keeps them informed. Submissions are queued and delivered when connectivity is restored — no responses lost.
All display features are included on every RoomPulse plan.
